1) Gluten Free Apple Pie
Starting this list off with a bang!!! This recipe holds a special place in my heart. My Grandma was an amazing pie baker and it’s great to finally be able to share a gluten free version so that my parents can enjoy it. Tart granny smith apples that are perfectly sweetened and coated in warming cinnamon with a flaky and butter-y gluten free crust. I promise, this gluten free crust actually tastes like the real deal! This gluten free apple pie is perfect for any fall party, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and even Christmas! Yes, apple pie was a regular occurrence for Christmas when I was growing up! You can honestly never have too much!!!

2) Soft Pumpkin Cookies with Cashew Frosting
Of course pumpkin had to make this list a few times. These soft pumpkin cookies with cashew frosting are inspired by those soft sugar cookies you can buy at your local grocery store’s bakery. Like sweet little clouds of pumpkin heaven topped with a rich creamy cashew frosting. Again, perfect for all of the fall holidays!

Granola has become one of my favorite things to make. It’s so easy, you are in control of the ingredients and amount of sugar, and there are so many flavor possibilities! This golden granola is inspired by golden milk. It’s sweet and warming from the turmeric and cinnamon. Plus it’s got a gorgeous fall yellow color, don’t you agree? Great for breakfast, snacking, or even as an edible gift!

I know, chickpeas in a blondie sounds kind of weird but I promise you can’t taste the chickpeas at all. These flour-less blondies are packed with that sweet pumpkin we love and plenty of that pumpkin pie spice. Fudgey and so delish these blondies are topped with a crunchy granola topping!

This crunchy chocolate hazelnut granola is actually more like a dessert than a breakfast, in my opinion. Because CHOCOLATE CHIPS!!! Sweet and salty, crunchy, and reminiscent of nutella you won’t be able to stop eating it!

10) Chickpea Snickerdoodle Blondies
