Hi and welcome to the 30 minutes, 1 pan dinner series!!!
I’m so excited that you’re here!
This series is 5 days of recipes (Monday – Friday), that are designed specifically for busy weeknights when you don’t have much time or desire to cook but you need food quickly. Each recipe will only take you 30 minutes to make and will only require one pan. What a beautiful thing that is!
This series is perfect for anyone who has evenings when they don’t feel like cooking – which let’s be honest is most weeknights – or you are out of recipe ideas. Good news, I’m here to help!
What You can expect from this series:
- Each recipe will take you 30 minutes to make (or maybe 40 minutes, if you’re moving slow) and only require 1 pan. Perfect for a busy weeknight.
- Each recipe will include protein and veggies for a balanced meal.
- You can find prep ahead tips for each recipe in the notes section of each recipe card.
- For your convenience I will share a complete grocery shopping list on the last day of the series (Friday). You will find that at the bottom of this page.
- Most importantly everything will be super mouthwatering and delicious!
It’s going to be a tasty week, my friends! Are you getting excited?!
Food brings me so much joy every day. TBH my favorite part of a day is meal time. And one of my favorite parts of my job is to test recipes, I love that I always get to try something new and exciting. There is an on going joke that food bloggers rarely make the same recipe more than twice (once to test it, and the second to photograph it). Guys, this is sooo true. And while this is amazing and I enjoy every second of all the variety of foods there are times when it’s about time for dinner, I’m starving, and I have no idea what to make. OR for that matter, no desire to cook. Yes, it even happens to food bloggers – we don ‘t ALWAYS know what to make for dinner.
And I get it, life is busy. Sometimes after a long day of work the last thing you want to do is cook for an hour.
I want people to be as excited about cooking themselves a healthy meal for their family, I wanted to help them get there. One of the ways I could do that was create a 5 day weeknight series that only required one pan and 30 minutes to make a recipe. Because let’s be honest, if you don’t feel like cooking then you certainty don’t feel like doing the dishes afterwards – trust me, we are always doing the dishes around here – to have some meals that only require one pan is very much needed. Yes, I know you’d rather watch that show on Netflix rather than clean 80 million dishes after cooking a dinner!
I hope you enjoy this series as much as I enjoyed creating it. If you make any of the recipes please snap a photo and tag it on Instagram using the hashtag #30Mins1PanDinner so that we can encourage each other!
