Description
Coconut White Russian is a simple twist on the classic beverage. Swap the heavy cream for some light coconut milk for a creamy, dreamy, coffee liquor drink that is the perfect evening treat.

- 1 to 2 parts vodka
- 1 part Kahlua or other coffee liquor
- 1 large cocktail ice cube
- 1 part light canned coconut milk (can sub full fat coconut milk for an even richer drink)
Instructions
- To your drinking glass add the vodka and Kahlua. Use a spoon to mix together.
- Add the cocktail ice cube.
- Stir or shake the coconut milk so that the cream has mixed with the coconut water.
- Slowly pour the coconut milk over the Kahlua-vodka mixture. Serve with a swizzle stick or a spoon and allow the guest to stir the coconut milk into the drink. Serve chilled.
- Reserve the remainder of the coconut milk for other Coconut White Russians. Or use it in a smoothie or any other recipe such as curries.
