They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I couldn’t agree more. I find that the type of breakfast I have really determines how my entire day turns out. You probably know by now that I grew up in Wisconsin. I was raised on all things dairy. I love cheese, ice cream, fresh whipped cream, and yogurt. I love all dairy products except for one. Milk.
