    Nothing screams fall-time like squash. It begins to pop up everywhere in grocery stores, at farmer’s markets, at orchards. I become giddy when I see it at the store. They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I couldn’t agree more. I find that the type of breakfast I have really determines how my entire day turns out.
