Mushroom Lasagna with Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

Guess what you guys?!?! This is the first time I have made lasagna all by myself! Aren't you so proud of me?! And this lasagna isn't any old lasagna. It's a mushroom lasagna with roasted red pepper sauce! YES we even made our own sauce!!! Don't worry, none of it is hard...just a little time consuming but totally worth it.
