Salmon Rice Bowl (30 Minutes)

Who else likes a good sushi moment?! This salmon rice bowl IS NOT SUSHI, but for me, it has those deconstructed sushi vibes to it. A similar idea to my smoked salmon sushi bowls - LOVE that recipe too! This salmon rice bowl is essentially cooked salmon and rice, combined with a spicy mayo sauce. The fun part is in the toppings. As the weather gets nicer I want to spend less time in the kitchen cooking and more time outside. Growing up I hated salmon. My mom would always try to get me to eat it by dousing it in rich buttery sauces, and this would only sometimes work. Salmon with 4-Herb Pesto

Ever since I planted my herbs three weeks ago, I have been itching to make something with them. A 4- herb pesto spooned over salmon was the ticket. Salmon is one of my all-time favorite foods because it is delicious, healthy, and a quick meal to make. 10 or 15 minutes and you’re done.
