It is the middle of August and that means one thing in Iowa: bucket loads of sweet corn! Iowa may not have the freshest sea food or the greenest avocados but we do have amazing sweet corn. These Greek burgers are amazing. I might go as far as to say that they are possibly my favorite burger that I have ever made. They may even beat my Jalapeno and Cilantro Burgers, which used to be my go-to burger.
