Protein packed banana nut oatmeal comin' atcha!!! You know me, I am not one for sweet, starchy breakfasts. I need protein, I need healthy fats to keep me satisfied - cereal or donuts never cut it for me. Chickpea and mushroom stir fry with fried eggs!!!! YASSS! This is happening! A healthy and easy vegetarian stir fry with a fried egg on top!!!  I mean the sauteed mushrooms, bell peppers, and chickpeas are already in a super tasty salty, sweet, and slightly spicy sauce. Thai Curry Soup with Crispy Tofu
