If you have been following this blog for awhile you will know that our house does not have central air and that our kitchen is on an end of the house that literally traps heat every time I turn on the oven, or even the burner. Here we are, yet another month gone by - is there a way to slow these months down just a little? May was a good one. It was the first month that we have started to have nice weather here in Iowa.
